1. Set a timer to get up every 20 minutes or so.
Simply standing up more often helps to prevent weight gain versus sitting.
2. Eat healthy snacks rather than junky snacks.
Try to stay away from foods that can lead to weight gain.
3. Drink lots of water.
If you don’t like plain water, opt in for naturally flavored water. When you are hydrated, you won’t make the common mistake of confusing thirst for hunger.
4. Drink tea after lunch.
Tea such as green, black and oolong tea contains amino acid theanine which helps boost your metabolism.
